项目通知| 2026年U21可持续政策领导力研修班（教师项目）
为深化全球高校在可持续发展政策领域的学术交流与国际合作，加拿大麦克马斯特大学将于2026 年 7月13日—17日主办U21可持续政策领导力暑期研修班（教师项目）。现根据主办方安排，启动我校教师遴选与推荐工作，具体事项通知如下：
一、项目概况
本次研修班聚焦全球可持续发展前沿议题，面向U21 联盟高校邀请优秀教师参与专题授课、学术分享与学生案例评审，旨在搭建跨学科、跨地域的政策领导力交流平台，提升可持续发展治理与实践能力，推动全球绿色转型与高质量发展。

Ecological Climate Resilience | Altaf served as the founding director of the McMaster Centre for Climate change. His research interests include hydrometeorology; climatology, evapotranspiration, forest and agricultural carbon and water cycles and ecosystem, watershed and global climate models. | Wednesday, July 15 9-10am | |
Sustainable Health Care | Myles is an assistant clinical professor known for his climate advocacy and initiatives, talks about the dangers of climate change, the power of individuals and the health care sector to drive sustainable change, and his hope to save our frail planet. Myles is the co-founder of PEACH Health Ontario, a provincial initiative to engage, encourage and empower those in the health sector to take climate action at their site. Social Impact | Brent studies how firms and organizations address complex societal problems. Currently this interest has led to him to undertake research in the areas of responsible investing at the retail advisory, the role of firms in community resilience and adaptation to climate change induced natural disasters, and how non-profits and firms can improve integration outcomes for refugee newcomers. | Tuesday, July 14 - 3-5pm |

四、项目时间及地点
时间：2026年7月13日—17日
地点：加拿大麦克马斯特大学
五、申请条件
1. 我校正式在岗教师/科研人员
2. 研究方向与上述五大核心议题高度契合
3. 可全程参与 7月13日—17日线下活动
4. 具备良好的英文学术交流与表达能力。
六、资助与费用安排
1.每所U21成员高校2个参会名额，主办方按3000美元/人标准资助差旅及住宿；
2.校方已预留7月12日—18日校内住宿，参考费用约1194美元，教师可自选校外住宿或缩短住宿时间；
3.若教师同期已有赴加学术计划，可灵活衔接行程，提高出行效率、降低成本。
校内申请与选拔流程
1.个人申请：意向教师请于2026年5月15日（周五）前将姓名、院系、联系邮箱、研究方向简要总结（英文word版）发送至校内邮箱daxuezuzhi@fudan.edu.cn（邮件主题请注明U21可持续政策领导力研修班教师申请）。
2.校内遴选：学校将结合研究方向匹配度综合评审，确定2名推荐人选。
3.主办方终审：5 月 22 日后，麦克马斯特大学完成最终审核并公布入选名单；入选教师将直接与议题负责人对接，确定授课 / 分享安排。
